Birches Head High School - Birches Head High School

Year 7 took part in the City 5-a-side football competition this week at Holden Lane. At the end of the group stages they had won 2, drawn 2 and lost 1 which meant that they finished second in their group. Ordinarily, the top 2 teams from each group would play each other in the finals but due to the bad weather the decision was made for only the top team to play in the final game. Nevertheless, our boys enjoyed it and their attitude, commitment and behaviour was first class.
