Our multi-agency centre has so far engaged with over 20 external partner agencies providing a range of student services through drop-ins, workshops & awareness sessions. Most of the drop-ins take place at lunchtimes but are also held before and after school. These can be accessed by any student and are provided for information, help & support in a broad range of services, many of which are normally only based outside school. Awareness sessions are targeted at groups of students in the form of presentations or workshops where the young people can work together with an outside agency on a particular theme or issue which may affect them or the people around them. MAC’s Place facilitators can be accessed throughout the day at our Student Reception area. |
